• You may not submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or is otherwise inappropriate.
• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, username, graphics, photos, audio and video clips, links ("content") that you submit, post, and display on the Instant Quiz service.
• Instant Quiz is intended for personal use and is not a generic image hosting service.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack Instant Quiz or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Instant Quiz.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Instant Quiz account. While Instant Quiz prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Instant Quiz cannot be responsible for the content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Instant Quiz service at your own risk. Instant Quiz does not endorse any user submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Instant Quiz expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user submissions.

• We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
